As a Front End Developer at the Assistant Vice President level in Pune, you will be deeply responsible for the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects. You'll harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, acting to advise and shape technical paths while ensuring all solutions align strictly with governance and high-quality standards.

💼 What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and meticulously improve software to provide robust technology capabilities for customers and colleagues.
- Cultivate high-quality software solutions focusing heavily on secure coding practices, optimized performance, and scalability.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with product and design teams to bridge requirements into actionable software features.
- Actively champion effective unit testing practices to ensure flawless code design, readability, and reliability.
- Perform as a leader by consulting on complex technical decisions, guiding peers through robust code reviews, and identifying avenues for performance and security enhancements.
✅ What You'll Need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or demonstrably equivalent experience.
- Documented experience and high proficiency in Front-End engineering.
- Core proficiency in ReactJS and standard state control management with Redux.
- Expert-level command of core web foundations: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven capacity for leadership behaviors: listening authentically, inspiring teams, developing peers, and aligning across the enterprise.

- Prior experience in UI/UX collaboration.
