🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Lead Engineer to act as a "force multiplier" for our engineering team. You will lead the technical direction of our frontend platform, focusing on both web and mobile via React and React Native. Your mission is to establish foundational architecture, improve developer productivity, and ensure the delivery of high-quality user interfaces across the entire product suite.

• React and React Native

• Modern CI/CD and Frontend Build Systems

💼 What You'll Do

• Design and implement a high-performance UI component library to ensure consistency across web and mobile.
• Architect cross-platform solutions for state management, navigation, and API integration.
• Drive technical excellence by auditing codebases for performance bottlenecks and rendering issues.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and mobile performance metrics to improve responsiveness.
• Lead internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the team's technical bar.

• 8+ years of industry experience in frontend development.
• Mastery of React and React Native ecosystems.
• Strong experience in building platform-level tooling and maintaining design systems.
• Ability to solve complex architectural challenges from high-level design to implementation.
• A product-focused mindset with a deep care for user experience and accessibility.
