🎯 The Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will own the design, implementation, and operation of critical frontend and backend services. You'll balance rapid feature delivery with a 'reliability-first' mindset, ensuring our systems are scalable, maintainable, and robust.

💼 What You'll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using TypeScript across the stack.
- Take full ownership of production features, from development to deployment.
- Champion QA and automated testing practices to ensure software quality.
- Optimize delivery pipelines and enhance runtime reliability through DevOps practices.
- Lead technical discussions and communicate design trade-offs to stakeholders.
✅ What You'll Need
- 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep proficiency in React and NestJS using TypeScript.
- Proven track record of owning production systems at scale.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong expertise in automated testing and observability tools (ELK stack).
