🎯 The Role

As a Senior Engineer - UI, you will architect and implement responsive front-end micro-frontend modules for Ford's eCommerce platform. You'll lead high-quality delivery, mentor developers, and build intelligent, scalable solutions that meet the needs of millions of users across all devices.

🛠️ Tech Stack

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead UI architecture for highly scalable eCommerce micro-frontends.
• Model modern practices like BDD, CI/CD, and Shift-left testing.
• Mentor UI developers and ensure >80% code coverage across modules.
• Conduct POCs on cutting-edge technologies to drive architectural evolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI with complex backend services.

✅ What You'll Need

• 4-12 years of professional experience with at least 4+ years in React.
• Expertise in Next.js, SSR, CSR, and SSG performance strategies.
• Solid understanding of Web Security (oAuth 2.0, JWT, OWASP Top 10).
• Proven track record in building and maintaining Design System libraries.
• Experience with monorepos (Turborepo/Nx) and large-scale code sharing.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Prior experience in eCommerce or similar customer-facing platform development.
• Knowledge of Headless CMS architectures and MACH principles.
