🎯 The Role

We are searching for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take charge of building and scaling Made's core user-facing platform experiences across both web and mobile environments. In this high-impact position, you will drive major features end-to-end while establishing robust frontend development standards. As an early senior team member, this role perfectly suits a developer who thrives on staying deeply hands-on in the code while simultaneously stepping into a technical leadership capacity to mentor junior engineers.

💼 What You'll Do

• Spearhead the architecture, design, and delivery of crucial features for web (React/Next.js) and mobile (Flutter).
• Collaborate intimately with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to craft seamless, high-quality experiences.
• Drive frontend architectural decisions, formulate coding standards, and develop reusable component libraries.
• Guarantee that all applications are highly performant, accessible, and reliable at scale.
• Mentor and level-up junior developers through constructive code reviews and best practice guidance.
• Actively seek out and propose technical or procedural optimizations to elevate the engineering culture.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5–8+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, with a history of senior-level responsibilities.
• Deep proficiency in building web applications with React or Next.js, and mobile applications with Flutter (Dart).
• A demonstrated track record of taking ownership of high-quality, user-facing features from conception to deployment.
• Exceptional command over modern JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive UI design principles, and frontend performance metrics.
• Prior experience successfully mentoring team members and shaping engineering best practices.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working alongside product, design, and backend stakeholders.
