🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (I/II) to join Genea's remote frontend team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the web platform, responsible for building high-quality UI features, designing reusable component systems, and optimizing the experience for a globally distributed user base.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• React JS + JavaScript (ES6+)
• Redux / Flux for state management
• Webpack + Babel

• REST APIs / GraphQL
• Jest + Mocha for testing
• Git for version control

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain features across Genea's web platforms
• Contribute reusable components to the internal design system
• Partner with product designers to craft exceptional UX
• Optimize performance for users in different geographies and browsers
• Improve development workflows, build processes, and platform architecture
• Proactively identify areas for technical improvement

✅ What You'll Need

• 3–6 years of hands-on frontend development experience
• Strong command of JavaScript, ES6+, DOM APIs, and data structures
• Deep expertise in React (JSX, Virtual DOM, hooks, component lifecycle)
• Practical experience with Redux, Flux, or similar state management libraries
• Solid understanding of REST APIs or GraphQL integration
• Experience writing tests with Jest or Mocha
• Cross-browser debugging skills and performance profiling ability
• Familiarity with OWASP security principles and Git

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with the HTML Canvas API
• Knowledge of frontend auth patterns
• Comfort with React hooks internals
