🎯 The Role

This Lead Member of Technical Staff (LMTS) position is a high-impact leadership role within the Hyderabad team. You will head a specialized squad of 3-4 engineers focused on CloudHub and Runtime Manager UI—critical, customer-facing platform services. Your mission is to drive the technical roadmap, instill operational excellence, and ensure a world-class user experience for global customers.

💼 What You'll Do

• Serve as the technical authority for frontend systems, making key architectural decisions.
• Directly mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate the team's technical bar.
• Architect a robust testing strategy to ensure UI stability and performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers to manage technical debt and optimize asset delivery.
• Work closely with backend teams to shape APIs that support high-performance user interfaces.

✅ What You'll Need

• Over 10 years of experience in specialized frontend engineering roles.
• Mastery of TypeScript and hands-on coding ability in complex frontend systems.
• Demonstrated ability to coach others and lead technical delivery across a team.
• Deep knowledge of UI performance metrics and business logic instrumentation.
