💼 What You'll Do

• Spearhead the architecture and system design of mission-critical front-end platforms.
• Drive engineering excellence in performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Mentor the broader FE engineering team, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Influence stakeholders in Product and Business teams to translate vision into technical reality.
• Set technical standards and ensure front-end systems scale seamlessly with global demand.
• Lead cross-team initiatives to improve core web vitals and user engagement metrics.

✅ What You'll Need

• 8+ years of expertise in building and leading rich, high-scale web applications.
• Deep mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React or Vue.
• A strong portfolio of building high-performance SSR/SPA systems.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, system design, and stakeholder management.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to operate in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (Agoda is an English-first workplace).
