🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and scale Deel's core platform. In this remote position (eligible for hires in India, Sri Lanka, or Pakistan), you will operate across the entire stack—from intuitive user interfaces to resilient server-side infrastructure. Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and DevOps, you will craft the secure, high-performance solutions that power our global payroll services, impacting the working lives of millions.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build high-quality, responsive web application features using TypeScript, React, and Express.
• Architect robust server-side APIs, sophisticated data models, and complex business logic.
• Design reusable, modular client-side components and custom React hooks.
• Optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and database interactions for maximum scale.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of flawless product updates.
• Engage actively in code reviews and mentor peers to uphold exceptional codebase standards.
