🎯 The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own end-to-end feature delivery across Deel's web platform, from crafting performant React interfaces to designing robust Express APIs and optimized Postgres schemas. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to ship scalable, secure solutions powering Deel's global workforce services.

💼 What You'll Do
- Develop high-quality, responsive web applications with TypeScript and React.
- Architect server-side APIs, data models, and business logic using Express.
- Build reusable, modular components across the entire stack for long-term maintainability.
- Design and optimize Postgres database schemas and complex queries.
- Drive thorough testing, debugging, and code review processes to maintain quality.
- Stay on top of emerging frameworks and recommend improvements to development workflows.

- At least 8 years of full-stack engineering experience with a TypeScript focus.
- Proven expertise in React, Express, and relational databases like Postgres.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
